Carol, my sincere thoughts of sympathy are sent your way. Many years ago, my late husband Jim Garner and your husband Ray were stationed together in Colorado Springs in the Air Force. We were from McLean, Illinois. I have thought of you so many times over the years. I am so sorry you have lost another child. I lost my son in June and I know the pain is so unbearable. God be with you and your family. Much love, Ann

Carol & Family, Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to you and your Family during this time of sorrow. It seems like only yesterday that I was sitting behind Carol in class, and asking questions about the assignment from Mr. Sax. I tried to make it a point to call, and catch up whenever we were moving from one coast to the other, but it seems like time in not on our side. I had not seen or talked to her since June of 09. God Bless you and your family. Pete & Renee Cunliffe

Ed, I just learned of Carol's passing a few minutes ago. Ed, I am so very, very sorry for your family's loss. I wish I could say that I knew Carol well; maybe share some amusing stories about her. But in truth, I didn't know your sister well. I can only recall one memory of her, standing in the living room with her hands on her hips, furious with you for some transgression, and you, sitting on the couch laughing hysterically at her, only making matters worse. But then, wasn't that the point? Ed, it seems your family has suffered more than most. If I knew which words would ease your pain, I would offer them to you. But I suspect those words do not exist. Please know I'm thinking of you. I will hold you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. God bless, Paige

Ooh Carol & family, just thinking of you with love from deep in my heart. May you sense God walking with you yet again as you go through this difficult time. May you feel a peace within your hearts that only He can give. I'll write but this seemed the quickest since we can not be there to help. Our love, prayers, and deepest sympathy, Lois & Ben

Dear Flesher family - I am so very sorry to hear of Carol's passing and the loss that you are all dealing with. Your family has had to deal with a great deal of pain & loss in your lives and it seems more than one family should have to take. No words can make it any easier but know that many people are thinking of you and praying for you all. I have wonderful memories of your family, starting with the friendship of my Dad, Knute and Bones. I continue to count Jenny as one of my most special, closest friends in life. Today, Feb. 3 is her birthday and I seem to always remember it year after year. I do not have specific memories of Carol Rae only that Jenny & I probably did not allow her to hang with us since we thought we were big stuff! So sorry that I will be unable to attend the service but know that I will be holding you all up in prayer during this time and in the days ahead. Warmly, Margi
